myICLUB Data Archive and Protection Plan

The Data Archive and Protection Plan (data storage) is a new feature introduced in 2025 on myICLUB.com. This plan is designed specifically for disbanding or recently disbanded investment clubs.
The purpose of the Data Archive and Protection Plan is to preserve your club’s accounting and operational data after the club has officially disbanded.
The plan allows former club members or administrators to access historical records for reference, compliance, or tax purposes, on an as-needed basis.

The plan is intended for clubs that are closing or have already closed but want to ensure their records are safely stored and accessible for future needs.
The plan is automatically activated and begins to take effect when your club's regular myICLUB.com subscription runs out.

Once activated, your club’s data is archived and protected on myICLUB.com servers for seven years.
You can retrieve or review records as needed, even after the club is no longer active; contact myICLUB support to temporarily reactivate the club as needed, to retrieve or review records

The plan can be purchased through the myICLUB.com site, with a few steps:

  • Sign in to myICLUB.com
  • From the club Home page, click the *Renew myICLUB subscription* link, in the Expiration Date box.
  • Click the buy one-time link, to proceed to the specific store page for the Data Archive Plan.
  • Click *Add To Cart* and then *View Cart* to proceed
  • If you have or are connected to more than one club, the site will show a list of clubs, allowing you to choose which one to apply the plan to.
  • Once the order is complete, the Data Archive Plan will be connected to your club, and will take effect as soon as the club's regular myICLUB subscription runs out.
